At the risk of creating interpretation bias, I’ll just say that most of this painting was completed under the heavy influence of watching a large amount of the Foo Fighters, Taylor Hawkins Tribute at Wembley Stadium over Labor Day weekend in September 2022. Hawkins remains one of my favorite rock drummers of all time.
