This is a 24 x 30 x 1.5 inch piece on a gallery profile canvas. This item was completed during a time where it seemed as though the communities with which I am directly involved and/or acquainted with were experiencing several instances of loss. During this same time I was listening to a lot of Linkin Park due to the release of the 2 “new” tracks from the Meteora sessions 20 years ago. One song in particular that drove the ultimate completion of this piece was the third track on the Minutes to Midnight album titled, “Leave Out All the Rest”.
